This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Sullivan's Landscaping & Lawn Service (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The following criteria MUST be met to be eligible to win:

- Share the social post about this giveaway to your following
- You must own your home
- Your must live in one of the following cities:
--- Austin, Dripping Springs, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, or Leander

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on September 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM CST and ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the free entry form located at the bottom of this page during the Promotion Period.

Limit one entry per person.

No purchase, payment, or obligation is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $15,000 credit toward a new custom backyard project with Sullivan's Landscaping & Lawn Service.
Winner may apply credit toward a larger project, or receive up to $15,000 in work at no cost.

The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.

Prize is non-transferable and must be applied toward a new project contract signed within 90 days of winner notification.

Any project value exceeding $15,000 will be billed to winner at normal rates.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2025.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 3 business days.

If the winner cannot be reached within [7] days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

The prize may be considered taxable income. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 to the winner as required by law.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor may also gather live video and audio content of the winner receiving news that they've won, and use this for promotional purposes.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

10. Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
